What the 2009 Update Assurance Plan Subscription includes
Free Updates During Subscription Period
Keep Investment Analyst Current. As a subscriber to the UAP, you are entitled
to update your version of Analyst to include new features and enhancements
as they become available during the 2009 UAP subscription period. You will
be notified of these updates via email when they are ready for download.
Note: Updates apply only to the options that you currently have. For example,
you must have the Commercial Complete option to beneift from updates to
that option.

Cost Savings Full Subscription Price LIst
If you have Analyst Standard and want to move to Analyst Pro, do it for
only $250 (without UAP Subscription - $300 plus upgrade fees). You can
add the Commercial Complete option for only $395 (without Subscription
- $495 plus upgrade fees). The Unit Sales option can be added for just
$100 (without Subscription - $150 plus upgrade fees).
Subscription Price
The 2009 UAP subscription price is $95 for the primary Analyst license
and $38 for each additional computer (limit 3 additional computers, plus
primary computer) purchased under each primary license. You must have purchased
or upgraded Analyst in 2008, or have the 2008 Annual Subscription in order
to qualify. Otherwise, additional upgrade fees will apply.
Benefits
Since 1987, Investment Analyst has been a work in progress. Every 6 months
or so an updated version of Analyst is released and every 12 to 18 months,
a new version of Analyst is introduced, each version containing additional
features that make it more useful and productive. In 2003, for example,
the Commercial Complete option was introduced, 7 useful reports were added,
and the printing features of Analyst were enhanced. Much of the code was
re-written to work better with the latest Windows operating systems. In
2004, 2005, and 2006 many other improvements were made.
Our most recent version was released in July of 2008. It has been enhanced
to provide many key ratios and important numbers at the user's fingertips.
Even more intelligence has been built into the software. Analyst now performs
an interactive, instantaneous review of your analysis. . Analyst looks
for things like missing inputs, ratios like debt coverage that may be out
line, and unusual variances in income or expenses from year to year. These
are just a few of the numerous review items that Analyst considers. More
than 50 new fields were added to the Commercial Complete option and this
option now provides for the storage of Rent Comparables and Single Family
dwellings.
No Charge for Feature Enhancements
Add New Options at a Reduced Cost
Current annual subscribers are entitled to download interim feature updates
as they become available during the subscription period. And when a new
option is added, like the Commercial Complete option or the Unit Sales
option, subscribers can add the new option to their version of Analyst
at a reduced price - generally $75 to $100 less than that offered to non-subscribers.

license purchase. Investment Analyst Pro, with no options, is currently
