When you own Investment Analyst, you have an "Expert in the Software." But sometimes you need the opinion of a second expert. For $50 per property, one of our in-house experts will review your analysis and advise on any potential problem areas. Maybe the cap rate is too low, or your expenses are not all-inclusive. Maybe your growth projections are too optimistic or you neglected to provide for vacancy. We have access to real estate and banking experts with over 75 years of experience analyzing commercial real estate from the banker's view, from the appraiser's view, and from the investor's view. These experts will thoroughly review an income analysis that you have created in Investment Analyst. Then we will take to you personally and discuss our findings and point out ways to improve you analyis.
