explaining the software outputs.

We will spend considerable
time this morning defining terms and reviewing the capitalization
process. Without a solid
understanding of income capitalization, you may get an answer from your
software, but you will not understand it and you will not be able to explain
it.

This seminar is designed for
appraisers, assessors, lenders and others who have a basic knowledge of
income analysis and a general understanding of the methods used to evaluate
the cash flows of income producing real estate. Detailed knowledge of mathematical models and calculations is
not necessary to successfully grasp the concepts covered in this seminar.
